CDSR catenary oil hose

CDSR single/double carcass catenary hose is designed for highly integrated floating offloading installations such as FPSO, FSO tandem offloading to shuttle tankers (i.e. reels, chutes, cantilever hang-off arrangements). A key feature of the CDSR catenary oil hose is its compatibility with vessel-mounted reel systems for convenient and efficient storage and handling of the hose. The CDSR catenary oil hose has excellent flexibility, allowing the hose to adapt to complex winding requirements. After oil loading or unloading operations, the hose string can be rolled up and retracted around the drum. The design of catenary oil hoses ensures excellent flexibility and a minimum bend radius, typically 4~6 times the nominal hose diameter, ensuring that the hose is not subjected to excessive stress during winding and unwinding in the reel system. The structure and material selection of the hose make it have better pressure resistance and corrosion resistance, and can withstand high pressure and heavy load and erosion by other substances such as sea water. It has a long service life even when operating in challenging sea conditions, while ensuring safe operation and stability of the hose.
